How it works
The Community Album is our way of celebrating the people who shoot with us.
Taking part is simple. Whenever you order an eligible bundle or subscription, that order automatically makes you eligible for the Community Album for that month. There are no sign ups and no entry fees beyond your order.
Once your film has been developed and scanned, you can nominate up to six photos per roll by either telling us the pictures number ( e.g 1,2,3,4) or attaching the pictures you wanted to be nominated and sending it to ca@framebyframe.dev. From the moment your scans are delivered, you have five days to tell us which images you’d like to submit. Each roll counts as one entry. Your submission is assigned to the month in which you nominate your images.
At the end of that month, selected submissions are shared on our Instagram.
From there, the community takes over:
- Likes count as votes
- Engagement is public and visible
- The most engaging image rises naturally
All submitted images must follow Instagram’s content guidelines. We reserve the right to reject or remove submissions that include prohibited content, heavy manipulation, AI generated elements, or anything unsuitable for public posting. Where possible, we’ll explain why.
Images remain live on Instagram for one full calendar month. On the first day of the following month, the photo with the highest number of likes is declared the winner.
The winner receives a casual bundle and a permanent feature in the Community Album on our website. All winners are credited.
By participating, you grant us permission to share your submitted images on our website and social channels in connection with the Community Album.
Shoot, share, and let the community decide. It really is that straightforward.
