1. Returns for Products (Film Rolls)

  • Unused and unopened film rolls may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Refunds for Services (Development & Scanning)

  • Once a film roll has been exposed, developed, or scanned, the service is considered non-refundable.

  • If your order cannot be completed due to an error on our part, we will either re-process your roll (if possible) or provide a refund equal to the service cost.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by faulty cameras, blank rolls, or accidental exposures.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Lost or Damaged Film

  • While we handle all film with care, we cannot guarantee against loss or damage during shipping to or from our lab.

  • In the rare event of film loss or damage at our facility, our liability is limited to the replacement of the film roll.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscription services may be canceled at any time via your account settings.

  • Cancellations made before the renewal date will stop future charges.

  • No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
