Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Frame by Frame. We want you to enjoy your experience with us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds or returns are available and under what conditions.
1. Returns for Products (Film Rolls)
Unused and unopened film rolls may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Refunds for Services (Development & Scanning)
Once a film roll has been exposed, developed, or scanned, the service is considered non-refundable.
If your order cannot be completed due to an error on our part, we will either re-process your roll (if possible) or provide a refund equal to the service cost.
We are not responsible for issues caused by faulty cameras, blank rolls, or accidental exposures.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Lost or Damaged Film
While we handle all film with care, we cannot guarantee against loss or damage during shipping to or from our lab.
In the rare event of film loss or damage at our facility, our liability is limited to the replacement of the film roll.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription services may be canceled at any time via your account settings.
Cancellations made before the renewal date will stop future charges.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
