Welcome to Frame by Frame. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These Terms apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and services offered on our website.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
2. Services Provided
Frame by Frame offers:
Film rolls for purchase.
Development and scanning services for exposed film.
Digital delivery of scanned images.
Optional negatives return (if selected at checkout).
Subscription services (film + develop + scan on a recurring basis).
3. Orders & Payments
Orders must be placed through our website.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before processing.
4. Shipping & Returns
Film rolls and return instructions are shipped using Packlink Pro and its courier partners.
Shipping fees vary by destination (Italy, Europe) and are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for shipping exposed rolls back to us.
Negatives are returned only if the “Negatives Return” option is purchased. Otherwise, they are securely stored for 7 days and then destroyed.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged film during shipping to or from our lab.
5. Digital File Delivery
Digital scans are delivered via a secure download link.
Links are valid for 7 days. Customers must download and back up their files within this period.
After expiry, files may no longer be available, and Frame by Frame is not responsible for loss of access.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Customers may cancel or change their subscription at any time through their account settings.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Unused/unopened film rolls may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (customer covers return shipping).
Once a film roll has been exposed, developed, or scanned, the service is considered non-refundable.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for packaging your film securely when returning it for development.
Frame by Frame is not liable for blank rolls, accidental exposures, or technical issues caused by cameras.
It is your responsibility to download and back up your digital files before the expiry period.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we handle all film with care, Frame by Frame cannot guarantee against film loss, damage, or technical issues during processing.
In the rare event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the replacement of the film roll.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country – e.g., Italy].
